Respectful Workplace Review Committee Webinar
On October 1st 2020, the Respectful Workplace Review Committee hosted a webinar to address occurrences of hostile work environments at construction sites. The Committee, which represents a broad alliance of construction industry stakeholders and partners including Worksystems, presented its recommendations and tools to address jobsite culture in the construction industry. Nearly 200 people participated from a wide mix of employers, community groups, trade associations, labor and public owners. This level of interest clearly demonstrates the willingness in the region to come together to address jobsite culture issues. You can access the recording here.
